By redeeming your coupon and claiming your gift, you (the “recipient”) agree to the following legal terms:
(1) Dorel Juvenile Group, Inc. (“Sponsor”) reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any recipient. If a recipient is ineligible, cannot be contacted, declines the gift, or if the gift is returned as undeliverable, the gift will be forfeited. No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of gifts is permitted. You should allow 4 to 6 weeks from notification for delivery of your gift.
(2) Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies, and service providers are not responsible for errors in claim information or for any human error, technical malfunctions, or late, lost or misdirected gifts. Sponsor shall have no liability for gifts delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by recipient or for any gift that does not reach recipient after being delivered to the delivery carrier. You agree that Sponsor, and its affiliates and their agencies and personnel shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this give-away or from the acceptance or use of any gift supplied.
(3) As a condition of receiving the gift, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your name, home town and other biographical info for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
