Mobile "4 Wheelin' Walker"- Recall for Repair Program
PROBLEM: Through valuable consumer feedback Safety 1st learned of seven incidents where lower baby teeth were being loosened after getting caught in parts of the steering wheel. Also on some of the walkers the telephone could break apart releasing small parts that might pose a choking hazard. Safety 1st is committed to providing safe quality products for children therefore we are encouraging customers to contact us. Is your product involved? Voluntary Product Replacement Program for Parts on the 45701, 45701A and the 45701B Mobile "4 Wheelin" Baby Walker; item numbers 45701C, 45701D, 45704 and 45705 ARE NOT INVOLVED. How to check the Item Number: To locate the item number, turn the walker upside down. The item number will be engraved on the underside of the green body directly in front of the seat. If you find the following numbers as stated below your item IS INVOLVED. Please contact us. If you find any of these numbers, your product is NOT INVOLVED: 45701C, 45701D, 45704, 45705 TO ORDER REPAIR KITS: There are several ways consumers may order repair kits.
