Online Marketing Manager
Dorel Juvenile Group is looking for an Online Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Communications team at our Design and Development Center in Foxboro, MA. This position will report directly to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager.
Work with the Marcom and web team on the implementation of the design, programming, marketing, and advertising of corporate branded and ecommerce website. Monitor all product reviews on retailer sites and other online forums to gather relevant product comments for Product Development Teams and Consumer Relations. Serve as a direct liaison to Consumer Relations and Product Development Teams to provide regular reporting on product related comments to affect customer service and the product development process. Work between various departments to make and track all web changes to ensure product descriptions/revisions are made accurately and timely. Conduct logistical and design testing procedures on all major website launches. Work with agency to monitor keyword rankings and implement SEO best practices to maintain high search placement. Manage implementation and scheduling of branded email marketing program by implementing best practices for highest open rates, click-through-rates and conversion rates. Develop and execute traffic generating linking campaigns. Regularly research competition and best practices and make recommendations based on findings. Manage the relationship with Dorel France, Dorel Netherlands, Dorel Canada for website design and development. Liaison with Dorel Germany, UK, Italy, Spain and Portugal for international global web rollout. Liaison with retailer vendors for all sales-related online promotions (brand stores and sweepstakes).
Bachelor’s degree preferred along with 4 + years of related experience in website, copywriting, or marketing. Strong copywriting, creative and strategic thinking skills required. Familiarity with emerging online trends and tools. Must be highly motivated with an excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communications skills a must. Ability to work with minimal supervision to produce plans and client reports. Must be a strong team player!
