Fixed Asset Accountant

DJG USA is headquartered in Columbus, IN and has a Design and Development center in Foxboro, MA. In these locations, the teams build in quality, safety and reliability from the concept stage through development. The Columbus location is home to the main US manufacturing facility, allowing the company to produce many products directly in the United States. We are currently searching for a Fixed Asset Accountant for the Columbus facility. Seaking an individual to join our team with the following qualifications and level of experience.

• Experience supporting the financial reporting and follow-up of capital projects, tagging assets and updating FAS for full Fixed Asset Inventory in a series of phases.

• Someone with strong analytical skills to provide monthly analysis and review of ongoing Fixed Asset expenditures. 

• Previous experience in providing routine and ad hoc analysis and reports related to capital projects, inventory, standard costs, and product and process costing including experience compiling data using advanced excel skills.

• Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory

• Ability to monitor processes and controls relating to inventory transactions and reporting failures and areas for improvement

• Experience creating and providing fixed assets tracking, documentation and file back-up information for all Fixed Asset expenditures for US Customs reporting.
