Consumer Insights Associate
Dorel Juvenile Group is looking for a Consumer Insights Associate to join our Marketing Communications team at our Design and Development Center in Foxboro, MA.
The Consumer Insights Associate supports the Market Research Manager with project support tasks, including: survey programming, incentive fulfillment, recruitment, data reporting, and other project executional logistics. The Consumer Insights Associate will work on multiple research projects concurrently as assigned by manager and will perform various research functions, including questionnaire design through report preparation.
Responsible for the Quantitative Research by overseeing the design of research questionnaires as well as managing all aspects of internet-based research. This includes questionnaire writing, building and deployment of surveys, analyzing and reporting results as well as recruiting, incentive management, newsletters, status calls and troubleshooting. Responsible for Qualitative Research by organizing research events, preparing reports summarizing qualitative research methodology and findings as well as managing the parent research database. Coordinate product testing as well as gather brand, market, consumer, competitor, and product data.
Bachelor degree along with 2-3 years’ experience in market research preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required along with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of questionnaire writing and internet-based survey methods a must. Strong quantitative and analytical skills required. Must have excellent people skills and a friendly demeanor. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint along with overall knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of SPSS helpful.
