In this position, you will be responsible for design and layout out of packaging, brochures, sell sheets, catalogs, point-of-purchase and promotions using both computer and traditional graphics skills. You will work closely within a specific product team to produce design solutions, and distinct graphic presentations on behalf of that product category from conception to production.

BS/BA or Associates Degree in Graphic Design/Commercial Art along with 2+ years of related packaging experience in consumer products industries. Expertise with Macintosh based graphics programs, specifically Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat and Fetch. Knowledge of any 3D programs a plus. Superior design skills and the ability to use them to create a broad range of graphic treatments. Must be able to work with a Package Engineer on packaging structures and POPs. Photo shoot experience required. Must be able to quote, schedule, and direct product and live model shoots. Ability to use a digital camera a plus. Need to be detailed oriented and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to design within specific product categories and manage release schedules. Ability to work with minimal supervision required. Strong organizational skills a must. Must be able to work with printers, vendors and freelancers. Must possess excellent comping skills and have the ability to track comping deadlines. Must be a team player!
