100-lb. Limit Offers Advantage for Vantage Point?

The 02-460 Vantage Point™ is designed for children from 22-100 pounds. The 100-lb. upper weight limit exceeds traditional recommendations by 25% to allow longer use of the restraint by more children.

For children 22-40 pounds, the 5-point harness adjusts with an easy-to-use front pull adjust system. A new puzzle-lock buckle is harder for precocious children to undo. Three crotch belt locations allow a more comfortable and secure fit, and help accommodate changes in clothing. The harness has 3 height positions to adapt to child's growth.

With the harness removed, the Vantage Point™ converts to a belt-positioning booster for children 30-100 pounds. The overlapping weights allow parents to choose the mode that best fits their child. The higher upper weight limit accommodates heavier, shorter children longer, while the headrest adjusts up to help fit taller children. New 5-position belt guides on both sides help provide optimum shoulder belt fit.

Child amenities include covered armrests and a removable cup and juice box holder. A small covered storage compartment holds child's special possessions. The roomy seat has a full-wrap cushioned cover.
