Dorel acquires Cosco, Inc. of Columbus, Indiana, one of the premier juvenile product makers in the U.S. since 1949. |

Dorel makes its first European juvenile products acquisition, expanding its car seat offering with the addition of the stylish, design-forward Maxi-Cosi brand so popular with European parents. |

Dorel forms partnership with Eddie Bauer to develop a full line of infant and toddler travel products. |

Dorel acquires Safety 1st, Inc. Safety 1st introduced the first comprehensive line of child safety products and is the originator of the iconic “Baby On Board” signs that have helped millions of parents call attention to their precious cargo. Dorel combines the Cosco and Safety 1st teams to form Dorel Juvenile Group, based in Columbus, Indiana, and with additional offices in Foxboro, Mass. |

Dorel incorporates the high-end European brand, Quinny, into its stroller and travel system offerings. |

Dorel introduces Air Protect® side impact protection technology. |

The Dorel Technical Center for Child Safety opens, adjacent to Dorel Juvenile Group's primary car seat manufacturing facility in Columbus. |
